Management team positions
Management positions in Ristoteatro are available. Candidates must speak at least Italian and English, but German is also preferred. We are looking for people with ambition and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Managing a team of diverse staff members is a difficult but rewarding experience. Candidates that excel during the season have the opportunity of joining upper management for future enterprises.

Staff positions are available for the summer season (April – September)
Candidates in front of house positions should speak Italian and English (Chef de Rang requires German). Back of house does not require any language knowledge. We accept both candidates with experience and also people starting out in the business. We provide comprehensive training to all staff with ongoing training throughout the season.
Staff members should be good team workers and have a passion to provide the best possible service to their clients. The possibility of entering our management team is open to staff who excel in their work.
